The Board of Public Works will hold its regular meeting Monday, August 22 at 5:00 pm on the
Fourth Floor of City Hall, 200 North Second Street, in Conference Room A. The agenda is as

1. Roll Call
2. Approval of Minutes of July 25, 2016 Meeting
3. Consideration of alternatives for the 2016 Creek Stabilization Project - Foxglove Flood
proofing and Erosion with Boschert Creek Erosion Control Project
4. Notification that Staff is negotiating a contract with Reitz & Jens, Inc. as engineering
consultant for 16STM11 Boschert Creek Levee Study
5. Authorization to enter into a Contract with Mick Mehler and Sons, Inc. for the 16WTR37 Randolph
Street Watermain Replacement Project in an amount not to exceed $514,465.80
6. St. Linus/St. Leonard Sewer Improvements: Authorization to execute Alternate B
7. Approval of an Ordinance accepting sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains and sanitary
lift station at Truman Business Center
8. Authorization to execute a contract with EJ Equipment for the purchase of two (2) 2017 Ford
F-550, Sewer Pipe Video Inspection Vehicles in an amount not to exceed $452,484.37
9. An Ordinance Amending Section 705.280 of the Code of Ordinances Pertaining to the Sewer
Lateral Repair Program to Temporarily Reduce the Annual Fee from $28.00 to $20.00 for FY
2017, FY 2018 and FY 2019
