The Board of Public Works will hold its regular meeting Monday, December 19 at 5:00 pm on the Fourth
Floor of City Hall, 200 North Second Street, in Conference Room A. The agenda is as follows:
1. Roll Call
2. Approval of Minutes of November 28, 2016 Meeting
3. Monthly Water, Stormwater and Sanitary Sewer Project Performance Report
4. November Financials
5. An Ordinance revising Code Section 125.580 to include review and make recommendations on street
projects that impact waterworks, sewerage or storm water drainage systems
6. Engineering Department
a. Reconsideration of alternatives for the 2016 Creek Stabilization Project - Foxglove Flood
Reduction and Erosion Control Project
b. Approval of an Ordinance accepting, Streets, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, Water Main,
Street Lights and their appurtenances at Fountain Lakes Commerce Center 370 South
completed by The Millstone Co. and authorization for full release of escrow funds for
improvements listed
7. Public Works Department – Utility Division
a. Recommendation to enter into a Contract with Polydyne, Inc. for Chemicals for the Waste
Water Treatment Facility in the amount not to exceed $60,000.00
b. Authorization to enter into a contract with Fred Weber Inc. for the supply of rock and
stone to repair Street, Storm, WPC, Water issues and provide rock for the Rock Program.
Contract in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00
c. Authorization to enter into a renewal contract with Schreiter Ready Mix for ready mix
concrete supply services for the Public Works Department in an amount not to exceed
$155,000.00
d. Authorization to enter into a contract with Fred Weber Inc. in an amount not to exceed
$80,000.00 for the purchase of Asphalt Mix on as needed basis for the restoration of
streets damaged during the repair of storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and watermains

e. Authorization to enter into a contract with K&P Precast Inc. for the purchase of Sanitary
and Storm Sewer Drain concrete supplies to repair/replace infrastructure in an amount not
to exceed $60,000.00
f. Authorization to enter into Amendment No. 2 with K & P Precast, Inc. for the purchase of
parts and supplies to repair/replace Sanitary and Storm Sewer and Water infrastructure for
a total contract amount not to exceed $54,000
g. Authorization to enter into a Second Renewal third year Contract agreement with
Roadside Systems for the 2017 Annual GPS/AVL Equipment and Software for Facilities,
Street and Water Divisions in an amount not to exceed $31,580
h. Authorization to enter into a contract with Bommarito Ford, Inc., for the
purchase of one (1) new Ford F-150 4x4 extended cab pickup truck, one (1) new Ford F-250
extended cab pickup truck, two (2) new Ford F-550 18,000 GVWR trucks with platform body
and lift gate, and two (2) new Ford F-550 18,000 GVWR 4x4 trucks with dump body, snow plow,
and salt spreader in an amount not to exceed $318,334.00
i. Update on 2017 FEID Projects
j. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of the Water Division
k. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of Wastewater Treatment Facilities
l. Monthly Report on Status of New Town Vacuum System
m. Monthly Report on the Sanitary Sewer Lateral Insurance Program
n. Monthly Report on the Water Service Line Insurance Program
8. Emergency Purchases (verbal)
9. CLOSED SESSION relative to:
1. Legal actions, causes of action, or litigation (RSMo 610.021.1)
2. Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate where public knowledge of the
transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore

3. Sealed proposals and related documents or any documents related to a negotiated
