b. Authorization to enter into a contract for the Droste Road Reconstruction Project
c. Authorization to execute a contract with T.G.B., Inc. for the Watson Street 12 FF
Fire Flow Improvement Project for total contract amount not to exceed
$674,931.00
d. Charlestowne Crossing Storm Water Easement Vacation
e. Authorization to enter into a contract with Millstone Weber, LLC for the Truman
Road Reconstruction Project in an amount not to exceed $2,172,238.45
f. Convention Center Blvd Extension Alignment Alternatives
g. Authorization to enter into a contract with Gershenson Construction Co., Inc. for
the First Capitol Enhancements Project in an amount not to exceed $2,358,220.00

a. Authorization to enter into a professional services contract with Woodard &
Curran for Arc Flash Hazard Analysis in an amount not to exceed $119,683.00
b. Authorization to enter into a professional services contract with Woodard &
Curran for Lift Station Bypass Pump Evaluation in an amount not to exceed
$29,476.00
c. Woodard and Curran (W&C) Annual Update of Standard Hourly Fee Rate
