The Board of Public Works will hold its regular meeting Monday, October 23, 2017 at 5:00 pm on the Fourth

A. Authorization to enter into an Engineering Services Contract for the Lime Sludge
Lagoon Relocation in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 (Ward 10)
B. Consideration of alternatives for the 2016 Creek Stabilization Project - Erosion with
Boschert Creek Erosion Control Project (Ward 7)
C. Replacement Alternatives for Concordia Lane Culvert Replacement Project (Ward 7)
D. Authorization to enter into an Engineering Services Contract for the 7th St. to Boone’s
Lick Storm Sewers Project in an amount not to exceed $450,000.00 (Ward 2)
E. Authorization to execute supplemental agreement #2 with Bax Engineering Co., Inc.
for the 1st Capitol Drive Enhancement Project in an amount not to exceed $22,900.00
(Ward 1 and 2)
F. Authorization to enter into a Contract with Gershenson Construction Co., Inc.
for the South 5th Street and Rio Vista Drive Culvert Replacements Project in an
amount not to exceed $1,276,562.00 (Ward 3)

A. Authorization to enter into a renewal contract with Schreiter Ready Mix for ready mix
concrete supply services in an amount not to exceed $132,000.00 (Ward All)
B. Authorization to enter into a contract with K&P Precast Inc. for the purchase of Sanitary and
Storm Sewer Drain concrete supplies in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00 (Ward All)
C. Authorization to enter into a renewal contract with Fred Weber, Inc. for the annual rock and
stone supply in an amount not to exceed $42,000.00 (Ward All)

amount not to exceed $92,000.00 (Ward All)
E. Authorization to enter into a Contract with Mississippi Lime Company for the purchase of
Standard Hydrated Lime for Public Works in an amount not to exceed $425,000.00

F. Authorization to enter into a renewal contract with Core & Main, LP. for the purchase of
Water Supplies in an amount not to exceed $225,000.00 (Ward All)
G. Authorization to enter into a renewal contract with Oros & Busch Application Technologies,
Inc. for Lime Residual Collection and Disposal Services in an amount not to exceed
$360,000.00 (Ward 10)
H. Authorization to Implement updated Private Fire Protection charges (Ward All)
I. Authorization to enter into a renewal contract with IESI MO Champ Landfill, LLC for
Landfill Services in an amount not to exceed $250,000.00 (Ward All)
J. Authorization to proceed with selecting an engineer for completing an Arc Flash assessment
