The Board of Public Works will hold its regular meeting Monday, August 20, 2018 at 5:00 pm in the

D. Authorization to Amend Section 510.290.A.3 of the Code of Ordinances pertaining to
Stormwater Detention and Storm Water Quality
E. Authorization to Amend Section 405.220 F 1, of the Code of Ordinances,
pertaining to reduction of the maintenance period
5. Public Works Department – Utility Division
A. Request to Waive Tap Fees for #36 Expedition Trails Court, Lot 18 as part of Lewis &
Clark Career Center’s educational program
B. Authorization to enter into Amendment No. 2 of an Engineering Services Contract for
Water Hammer and Surge Tank Study with Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. in the
amount of $8,180.00, total contract amount not to exceed $112,820.00

C. Authorization to execute contract with TGB, Inc. for Elm Point Water Treatment Plant
Filter Control Modifications at the Elm Point Water Treatment Plant in an amount not
to exceed $597,622.00
D. Authorization to enter into Amendment #1 of a professional services contract with
Woodard & Curran for Fountain Lakes Lift Station Low Flow Project in the amount of
$86,370.00, total contract not to exceed $110,170.00
E. Authorization to Enter into Amendment No. 5 of Agreement For Operations and
Maintenance of Wastewater Facilities with Woodard and Curran, Inc. for adjustments
to Article V, Compensation, in an increase of $19,278.04 for Maintenance and Repair
(M&R) and $7,187.42 for Chemical Allocation to finalize 2017 expenses, total 2017
contract amount not to exceed $2,090,591.92
