C. Authorization to Amend Section 510.290.A.3 of the Code of Ordinances
pertaining to Stormwater Detention and Storm Water Quality
D. Establish Proposition P Policy for FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM)
Revisions
E. Authorization to enter into an agreement with CDG Engineers for the FEMA
Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) Revisions for the 5th & Rio Vista Culvert
Replacements in an amount not to exceed $33,900.00
F. Stormwater Prop P Quarterly Update
G. Authorization to approve a Change Order for the 2nd Street Water Main
Replacement Project with Unnerstall Contracting Company, for $79,728.00.

A. Authorization to enter into Amendment #2 with Schreiter Ready Mix for ready mix
concrete supply services in an amount not to exceed $10,000 for a total contract not to
exceed amount of $152,000.00
B. Authorization to execute contract with Heggemann, Inc. for Missouri River Waste
Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) Repair Project in an amount not to exceed $67,748.00
C. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of the Water Division
D. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of Wastewater Treatment Facilities
E. Monthly Report on Status of New Town Vacuum System
F. Monthly Report on the Sanitary Sewer Lateral Insurance Program
G. Monthly Report on the Water Service Line Insurance Program
6. Emergency Purchases (verbal)
7. Written and/or Verbal Messages from Board Members and/or Staff
8. CLOSED SESSION relative to:
