The Board of Public Works will hold its regular meeting Monday, May 20, 2019 at 5:00 pm on
the Fourth Floor of City Hall, 200 North Second Street, in Conference Room A. The agenda is

4. Engineering Department
A. Authorization to enter into an Engineering Services Contract with Intuition
& Logic for the Boschert Creek and Crystal Springs Creek Bank
Stabilization Projects in an amount not to exceed $457,812.00
B. Authorization to Enter into Supplemental #3 with Reitz and Jens for the
Huntington Downs Bank Stabilization Project in the amount of $24,071.00,
total contract not to exceed $160,311.00
C. Authorization to enter into an Engineering Services Contract with Horner
and Shifrin to provide engineering services for the Little Hills Expressway
at Mel Wetter Parkway Roundabout in amount not to exceed $388,319.93
D. St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce - Easement Dedication
5. Public Works Department – Utility Division
A. Authorization to enter into a Contract with Pundmann Ford, Inc., for the purchase
of four (4) new Ford Pickup Trucks and one (1) new Ford SUV in an amount not
to exceed $202,978.00
B. Sanitary Sewer – Current Projects Update
C. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of the Water Division
D. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of Wastewater Treatment Facilities
E. Monthly Report on Status of New Town Vacuum System
F. Monthly Report on the Sanitary Sewer Lateral Insurance Program
G. Monthly Report on the Water Service Line Insurance Program
6. Emergency Purchases (verbal)
7. Written and/or Verbal Messages from Board Members and/or Staff
8. CLOSED SESSION relative to:
1. Legal actions, causes of action, or litigation (RSMo 610.021.1)
2. Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate where public knowledge of the transaction
might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore
(RSMo 610.021.2)
3. Sealed proposals and related documents or any documents related to a negotiated
contract (RSMo 610.021.12)
