The Board of Public Works will hold its regular meeting Monday, June 24, 2019 at 5:00 pm on
the Fourth Floor of City Hall, 200 North Second Street, in Conference Room A. The agenda is

A. Montclair Subdivision at Old Friedens Road - Easement Vacations
B. Approval of an Ordinance accepting streets, sanitary sewers, storm sewers,
water mains, street lights for plat 5 at Charlestowne Crossing
C. Authorization to enter into a Supplemental Agreement No. 3 with Horner &
Shifrin, Inc. to provide additional engineering services on the Benton
Avenue to North Main Storm Sewer Improvements Project in an amount not
to exceed $14,833.00 increasing the total contract amount not-to-exceed
$458,334.00
D. Authorization to enter into an Engineering Services Contract with Horner &
Shifrin, Inc. for the Perry Street Storm Sewers project in an amount not to
exceed $378,499.00
E. Authorization to enter into an Engineering Services Contract with
Thouvenot, Wade & Moerchen, Inc. for the Clark St. Storm Sewer
Improvement project in an amount not to exceed $324,195.00
F. Authorization to use stormwater quality funds for Spring Mill Estates
G. Update of Stormwater Prop P Projects
5. Public Works Department – Utility Division
A. Emergency repair of 24” Concrete Sanitary Sewer on Old South River Road
B. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of the Water Division
C. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of Wastewater Treatment Facilities
D. Monthly Report on Status of New Town Vacuum System
E. Monthly Report on the Sanitary Sewer Lateral Insurance Program
F. Monthly Report on the Water Service Line Insurance Program
6. Emergency Purchases (verbal)
7. Written and/or Verbal Messages from Board Members and/or Staff
8. CLOSED SESSION relative to:
1. Legal actions, causes of action, or litigation (RSMo 610.021.1)
2. Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate where public knowledge of the transaction
might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore
(RSMo 610.021.2)
3. Sealed proposals and related documents or any documents related to a negotiated
contract (RSMo 610.021.12)
