RECORD OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT CHARLES, MISSOURI October 31, 2013 ______________________________________________________________________________ The City Council convened in a Special Council Meeting on Thursday, October 31, 2013, at 8:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers on the fourth floor of City Hall, 200 North Second Street, with President of the Council Dave Beckering, presiding, The Honorable Mayor Sally A. Faith and the Members of the Council present as follows: Tom Besselman, Laurie Feldman, Bridget Ohmes, Mary Ann Ohms, Jerry Reese, Ron Stivison, Michael Weller and Mary West. Absent: Rod Herrmann. City Clerk Laura L. Whitehead was present and performed the duties of that office. File #47942 PUBLIC COMMENT There were no public comments. EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Bill 11150 An Emergency Ordinance Authorizing an Amendment to the Contract with St. Charles County to Receive Funding from the St. Charles County Transportation Sales Tax Funds for the West Clay Extension Street Improvement Project (First Capitol Drive to Boone Avenue) (Sponsor: Dave Beckering) Councilmember Besselman voiced concerns relative to the Project; more specifically, if school buses will have the ability to turn-around in the cul-de-sac located at Cunningham. Mayor Faith reported Administration will investigate the concern and provide the information. The City Clerk Laura L. Whitehead read Council Bill 11150 in its entirety.
