RECORD OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT CHARLES, MISSOURI March 11, 2014 ______________________________________________________________________________ The City Council convened in a Special Council Meeting on Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the fourth floor of City Hall, 200 North Second Street, with President of the Council Dave Beckering, presiding, The Honorable Mayor Sally A. Faith and the Members of the Council present as follows: Tom Besselman, Laurie Feldman, Rod Herrmann, Bridget Ohmes, Mary Ann Ohms, Jerry Reese, Ron Stivison and Mary West. Absent: Michael Weller. Assistant City Clerk Kimberly S. Hudson was present and performed the duties of that office. File #48108 The meeting was opened with the Invocation, those present standing in a moment of silence, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. PUBLIC COMMENT There were no public comments. BILLS FOR FINAL PASSAGE Bill 11263 (Amended) An Ordinance Approving a Second Amendment to Redevelopment Agreement, Third Supplemental Amendment to Series 1997 Indenture and a Federal Tax Certificate in Connection with a Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project and Tax Increment Revenue Notes Associated with the West 370 Redevelopment Area and Approving Certain Actions in Connection Therewith (Sponsor: Rod Herrmann) A motion was made by ROD HERRMANN to amend Council Bill 11263 by deleting the current Exhibits A and B and entering revised Exhibits A and B which are in the possession of the Deputy City Clerk. RON STIVISON seconded the motion. All voted in favor, motion passed. Council Bill 11263 will be placed on the March 18, 2014 Regular City Council Meeting agenda for Final Passage.
