The agenda for this meeting is as follows: Attention Applicants: It is necessary that you or a knowledgeable representative of your interests be present at the meeting to answer any questions the Board may have concerning your application. Consent Agenda (A) Case No. C/A 2017-07(EC). 1027 South Fourth Street. Theresa Boedeker and Bruce Mizell. The applicants are requesting approval to erect a wood privacy fence in the rear yard. The applicant is requesting approval to replace the decking, posts and balustrade on the gallery of the rear ell. Structure Review Section 400.1180 Purpose The purpose of this subchapter is to protect, enhance, and perpetrate buildings, structures, districts, and sites of historical, cultural, architectural, engineering or geographic significance. Further, protection of cultural assets from demolition by neglect is an objective of this subchapter. Please note: Obtaining a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Landmarks Board does not authorize the applicant to build a structure. Building permits are required prior to construction. (A) Case No. C/A 2017-08(EC). 116 North Main Street. John Mahler. The applicant is requesting approval to re-open the second floor window openings, replace the trim, repaint and install an awning.
