On Monday, November 20, 2017, at 6:00 p.m., the City of St. Charles Landmarks Board will
hold its regular monthly meeting in the Council Chambers on the fourth floor of City Hall,
200 North Second Street, St. Charles, Missouri. The agenda for this meeting is as follows:
Attention Applicants: It is necessary that you or a knowledgeable representative of your interests be
present at the meeting to answer any questions the Board may have concerning your application.

(A) Case No. C/A 2017-70(EC). 528 Jefferson Street. Greg Buchheit. The applicant is
requesting after-the-fact approval to replace the stairway on the west elevation.

requesting approval to install a 6-foot tall wood privacy fence along the west side of

applicants are requesting approval to install a 4-foot tall aluminum fence in the rear

The applicants are requesting approval to build a new deck on the rear, replace the
rear door with a fully glazed door, and install additional fencing. [Extended Historic

(E) Case No. C/A 2017-68(EC). 707 Water Street. Tiffany Glover. The applicant is
requesting approval to replace the existing deck and stairway on the east side of the

applicant is requesting approval to replace the windows. [Extended Historic

Section 400.1180 Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to protect, enhance, and perpetrate buildings,
structures, districts, and sites of historical, cultural, architectural, engineering or
geographic significance. Further, protection of cultural assets from demolition by
neglect is an objective of this subchapter.
Please note: Obtaining a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Landmarks Board
does not authorize the applicant to build a structure. Building permits are required
prior to construction.
(A) Case No. 2017-74(EC). 1108 Madison Street. Ryan Penrose. The applicant is
requesting approval to repoint the stone foundation. [Extended Historic Preservation

(B) TABLED AT THE OCTOBER 16, 2017, MEETING
Case No. 2017-28(SP). 903 North Fifth Street. Joe Prouhet & Pam Russina, Flip
This, LLC. The applicants are requesting approval to construct a new single-family
