On Monday, February 10th, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., the City of St. Charles Landmarks Board will
hold its regular monthly meeting in the Council Chambers on the fourth floor of City Hall,
200 North Second Street, St. Charles, Missouri. The agenda for this meeting is as follows:

Church. The applicant is requesting approval to tuckpoint the building and to repair
wooden elements in and around the entrance on the rectory building. (Façade Grant

(H) Case No. C/A 2020-010(EC). 628 Washington Street. Paula Wolford. The applicant
is requesting approval to install a new 4’ foot tall wooden picket fence located on a

5. Structure Review
Section 400.1180 Purpose
The purpose of this subchapter is to protect, enhance, and perpetrate buildings,
structures, districts, and sites of historical, cultural, architectural, engineering or
geographic significance. Further, protection of cultural assets from demolition by
neglect is an objective of this subchapter.
Please note: Obtaining a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Landmarks Board
does not authorize the applicant to build a structure. Building permits are required
prior to construction.
(A) Case No. C/A 2020-001(EC). 716 North Third Street. Bill Elliott. The applicant is
requesting approval to restore the Historic Franklin School building and convert it
to apartments. Also to convert a non-historic garage into four apartment units.

applicant is requesting approval to remove paint from brick and tuckpoint the entire
