Not Present: Chris Matter 1. Public Hearing – begin at 7:00PM Public hearing to take comment on an application to acquire a waiver for the property located at 295 122nd Ave., Hudson, WI, to move the driveway entrance from 210 feet from center to 150 feet from center of 122nd Avenue. Daniel Martin, 295 122nd Avenue, Hudson, WI 54016, 3.871acres, Sec 36, T.30N, R.20W, Zoned: Single Family Residence Chair Rang opened the Public Hearing at 7:01 pm. Chair Rang asked three times for any public comment. Public hearing closed at 7:04 pm 2. Discussion and possible action on an application to acquire a waiver for the property located at 295 122nd Ave., Hudson, WI, to move the driveway entrance from 210 feet from center to 150 feet from center of 122nd Avenue. Daniel Martin, 295 122nd Avenue, Hudson, WI 54016, 3.871acres, Sec 36, T.30N, R.20W, Zoned: Single Family Residence Dan Martin was online and discussed the purpose for the waiver. The driveway is very dangerous in the winter months as it has some major curves. Rick Caruso discussed the County requirements for driveways per their website. Discussed the possibility of getting a waiver from the County. John Ringhofer stated he viewed the driveway and it would be treacherous for any emergency vehicle. MOTION to recommend to the Board to approve the waiver request for the driveway entrance to 295 122nd Avenue, a waiver of the 200-foot requirement to a 150-foot requirement (Ringhofer/Loncar). Discussion followed. Motion carried. RECOMMENDATIONS TO TOWN BOARD: Approval of the waiver to the Board ADJOURNMENT: MOTION to adjourn at 7:16 pm (Loncar/Ringhofer). Motion carried.
