Town of St. Joseph - St. Croix County, WI Minutes of the Town Board Working Session and Board Meeting St. Joseph Town Hall Thursday, January 18, 2024 Call to Order by Chair Theresa Johnson at 6:00 pm Statement of Public Notice read by Clerk Roll Call: Chair Theresa Johnson, Laurie DeRosier, Chris Marshall, Engineers Bruce Paulson, Mike Fitzpatrick; Online: Matt Moore, Justin Kruse, Tim Whiteside-Sunnylink Adoption of Agenda: MOTION to adopt the agenda as presented (Marshall/Johnson). Motion carried. Pledge of Allegiance recited Working session: 1. Finalize building plans, discuss specifications, timelines, costs and other details: Discussed the response to the Knowles-Nelson question about setback. No need for setback, can build up to the edge of the land. a. Power and Data: Discussed the power plan needs in the building area: how many needed, use of power strips; data links (phone and computer); bathroom amenities; and floor and exterior outlets. b. Lighting: Discussed the lights which shine upwards and reflect down, can lights for the bathrooms, and outdoor lighting. c. Building exterior: Discussed the updated exterior plan, additional parking, and security. MOTION that we go forward with all of the changes that we implemented that are shown on here and that we added tonight (Johnson/Marshall). Discussion followed. Amend Motion to state electrical and plumbing fixtures and low voltage (Johnson/Marshall). Motion carried. Next meeting with Engineers to discuss HVAC and sprinklers set for February 1, 2024.
