Town of St. Joseph - St. Croix County, WI Minutes of the Special Town Board Meeting Tuesday, July 23, 2024 Call to Order by Chair Theresa Johnson at 5:00 pm Statement of Public Notice read by Clerk Roll Call: Chair Theresa Johnson, Matt Moore, Dan Gavin, Kelly Schleigel-Engineer; Not present: Justin Kruse, Chris Marshall Adoption of Agenda: MOTION to adopt the agenda as published (Moore/Gavin). Motion carried. Pledge of Allegiance recited Business discussion and possible action on: 1. Change date of public hearing on Resolution 2024-04 to September 12, 2024: MOTION to revise the Resolution to state that the public hearing for that discontinuance will be on September 12, 2024 at 7:00 pm (Johnson/Moore). Motion carried. 2. Final Plat-Artisan Farm-Divine Custom Homes – 603 County Rd E -PID#030-1104-10-030: Discussed the final plat for Artisan Farm. MOTION that we approve the Final Plat for Artisan Farm for Jeff Warren with the following conditions: (1) that we will not be taking over the roads in this until they are completed next year; (2) that he will submit his Homeowners Association Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws to the Town; (3) that he will get County approval of this project; (4) that he will show access to Outlot 2 on the map; (5) that he will install all signage and (6) that he will extend his Letter of Credit through January 1, 2026 (Johnson/Gavin).
