Town of St. Joseph- St. Croix County, WI Minutes of the Finance Committee Meeting and Town Board St. Joseph Town Hall February 27, 2025 Call to Order by Theresa Johnson at 6:00 pm Pledge of Allegiance recited Statement of Public Notice read by Clerk Roll Call: Theresa Johnson, Debbie Weber Zac Spates, Anton Rang, Jeff Carlson. Not present: Deb Buerkley Adoption of the Agenda: MOTION to adopt the agenda (Weber/Rang). Motion carried. Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes: MOTION to approve the prior Meeting Minutes (Johnson/Weber). Motion carried. Public Comment: Opportunity to address the Finance Committee on subjects not on the agenda Items for committee discussion and/or action 1. Selection of new Finance Committee Chair: Anton Rang is the interim chair until a new chair 2. Review final 2024 budget with line-item adjustments: Zac Spates discussed the Fire Department budget for 2024. Reviewed the 2024 Budget and discussed updates and line-item adjustments. 3. Review 2025 budget year-to-date: Discussed the 2025 Budget and potential updates. Discussed future potential 4. Review of all bank accounts since October 15, 2024: Reviewed the bank accounts. 5. Review of loan commitments 6. Financing and update w/expenses for Town Hall: Discussed the status of the new Town Hall construction. Discussed the well issue and status. Items for next Finance Committee or Town Board Agenda: None at this time for the Town Board Agenda. Selection of a new Finance Committee Chair on the Finance Committee Agenda.
