Review and approve minutes of last meeting – ACTION ITEM a. April 5, 2023- Moved by Turnipseed, 2nd by Todd to approve, motion passed b. May 3, 2023- Moved by Girard, 2nd by Todd to approve, motion passed 3. Middleton Mill/Drainage District 3 Pathway Licensing Agreement a. Legal Counsel update- Chris Yorguson- this item deferred to next month’s meeting 4. Pathway RFP - RFP for Pathway Masterplan Update - Ryan Morgan reported he hopes to have it completed by the end of the week. The committee agreed it did not need to review the final version and for Ryan to proceed forward with finalizing it and putting out on the street. If all goes well we should have a consultant on board by August and the Masterplan should be completed by March 2024. 5. Greenbelt Plan Update(COMPASS Grant)-Shawn 6. STATUS UPDATE a.
