CITY OF STERLING HEIGHTS CITIZEN ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING October 21, 2013 – 6:00 P.M. DIRECTOR’S CONFERENCE ROOM #201 Chairman Jeffery Norgrove called the meeting to order at ¬¬¬¬6:03 p.m. Members Present: Judith Foley, Charles Jefferson, Jeffrey Norgrove, Paul Palmeri, Joanne Paraventi, Grace Pedrie, and Janet Widrig. Members Absent: None Also in Attendance: Teresa Jarzab, HUD Program Coordinator Approval of Agenda Moved by Foley, supported by Palmeri, to approve the agenda as presented. Ayes: All Nays: None Approval of Minutes Moved by Widrig, supported by Pedrie, to approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 9, 2013. Ayes: All Nays: None Election Of Officers Moved by Foley, supported by Pedrie, to name Jeffery Norgrove as Chairman, Charles Jefferson as Vice-Chairman, and Joanne Paraventi as Secretary. Ayes: All Nays: None 2013/14 Funding Request Procedure Review Mr. Norgrove reviewed the procedures and processes for the board. Other Business Ms. Jarzab updated the board regarding questions from the last meeting.
