Consent Agenda - An ordinance to appropriate $8,030,500 which represents the total amount expended by the City’s General Fund for Hurricane Isabel disaster recovery efforts and accept $7,709,280 which is the anticipated amount of reimbursement from the Federal and State Emergency Management Agencies. The remaining $321,220 will be funded out of the General Fund Unappropriated Fund Balance previously appropriated for this purpose - Second Reading Approved 7-0 16. Consent Agenda - An ordinance to accept and appropriate $3,845,000 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Section 108 Loan Program for the purpose of accomplishing initiatives set forth in the Fairgrounds Plan and to fund the required Debt Service Reserve Fund in the estimated maximum amount of $325,000 – Second Reading Approved 7-0 17. Consent Agenda - An ordinance to apply, accept and appropriate a State Homeland Security Program Grant in the amount of $220,893 from the Virginia Department of Emergency Management - Second Reading Approved 7-0 2 18. Consent Agenda - An ordinance to accept and appropriate $451,920 which represents the anticipated amount of reimbursement from the Federal and State Emergency Management Agencies for disaster recovery efforts related to Hurricane Isabel. Funds previously appropriated from the Unrestricted Retained Earnings of the Public Utilities Fund shall be reduced by this amount of anticipated reimbursement - Second Reading Approved 7-0 19. Consent Agenda - An ordinance to accept and appropriate a Local Government Challenge Grant renewal award in the amount of $5,000 from the Virginia Commission for the Arts - First Reading Approved 7-0 20.
