Public Hearing – Conditional Use Permit Request C10-05, submitted by GLO Community Development Incorporated, applicant, on behalf of Eton Properties, Incorporation, property owner, to permit the operation of a retirement village for individuals 62 years of age and older in accordance with Sections 31-306, 31-406 and 31-713 of the Unified Development Ordinance Approved 7-0 16. Public Hearing – Subdivision Variance Request V2-05 submitted by Whitney G. Saunders of Saunders, Barlow, Riddick, Babineau, P.C., applicant, on behalf of Terry/Peterson Residential Eleven L.L.C., property owner, for a variance from the requirement for a secondary access for the Kings Fork Farms subdivision for up to two years Approved 7-0 17. Resolution - A resolution authorizing the sale of certain real property associated with the development of the former Thomas Jefferson School facing on Finney Avenue Extended. (This item was continued from the July 20, 2005, City Council meeting) Approved 6-1 (Council Member Johnson voted in opposition.) 2 18. Motion – A motion to schedule a Work Session for September 7, 2005, at 4:00 p.m., unless canceled. Approved 7-0 19. Late Appearance – Guidelines for the Late Appearances period are outlined in the City Code Section 2-96 and permit each speaker five (5) minutes to address City Council.
