Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit Request C12-05, submitted by Renee Perry Mitchell, applicant, on behalf of Shirley and Associates, LLC, property owners, to permit the operation of a dance studio in accordance with Sections 31-306 and 31-406 of the Unified Development Ordinance. The property affected is located at 3885 Bridge Road and is further identified as Tax Map 13, Parcel 18C, Nansemond Voting Borough, Nansemond Taxing District, Zoned B-2, General Commercial District Approved 7-0 18. Public Hearing - Ordinance Text Amendment OA3-05 for a text amendment to the Unified Development Ordinance to add Section 31-419, Mixed Use Development (MUD) Overlay District Approved 7-0 2 19. Motion - A motion to schedule a Work Session for October 5, 2005, at 4:00 p.m., unless canceled. Approved 7-0 20. Late Appearance - Guidelines for the Late Appearances period are outlined in the City Code Section 2-96 and permit each speaker five (5) minutes to address City Council. There is no limitation on the total time period for Late Appearances. No City Council action was required. 21. Announcements and Comments from Council Members No City Council action was required. 22.
