Approved 7-0 A motion to amend the agenda to consider the following items was approved by a vote of 7-0: Mayor Bobby Ralph and Vice Mayor Leroy Bennett were designed as the voting delegate and alternate delegate, respectively, to the Virginia Municipal League Annual Conference and National League of Cities Annual Conference Approved 7-0 17.
