Approved 7-0 A motion to amend the agenda to consider the following items was approved by a vote of 7-0: Appointments to the Southeastern Service Authority Board – Vice Mayor Leroy Bennett as the voting member and Assistant City Manager James Vacalis as the alternate voting member. Approved 7-0 A resolution approving the submission of the 2006 Legislative Agenda as amended. Approved 6-1 (Vice Mayor Bennett voting in opposition.) A resolution of the Suffolk City Council authorizing the City Manager to amend the Suffolk Recreational and Charitable Association, Incorporated, agreement.
