a parcel of real estate. The property is identified as the small notch of approximately
0.5849 acres which is a portion of Tax Map 33*X that projects into the 114-acre tract,

A motion to direct City Administration to provide a recommendation
regarding the sole bid received from McDonald Windward Partners IV,
LLC for $13,500.00 and present an ordinance to convey the property at
the November 1, 2006, City Council meeting.

allow the operation of flex office spaces and to permit a fitness club in accordance with

Authority of the City of Suffolk of up to $175,000,000 revenue and refunding bonds for
the benefit of Sentara Healthcare

20. Motion - A motion to withdraw Rezoning Request RZ-5-06, initiated by the Suffolk City
Council for rezoning approximately 15 acres from RL, Residential Low Density to CP,
Commerce Park at the southeast quadrant of the Pitchkettle Road, Route 58 Bypass
adjacent to the western boundary of the Westhaven Lakes Subdivision. The property is
further identified as Tax Map 34, Part of Parcel 24, Suffolk Voting Borough, Nansemond
Taxing District

A motion to schedule a Special City Council meeting on Tuesday,
October 24, 2006, at 3:00 p.m., in the City Council Chamber, for the
purpose of receiving and discussing a preliminary financial report of
the independent financial analysis.
