Public Hearing - Rezoning Request RZ14-06 (Conditional), Murphy’s Mill Condominiums, submitted by George Powell on behalf of Powell Development, property owner, to amend proffered conditions limiting the minimum age of owners from 62 to 55 years of age and to delete the requirement to install a traffic signal at the intersection of Murphy’s Mill Road and North Main Street Approved 6-0-1, Council Member Gardy abstained 12.
