Approved 4-3 (Vice Mayor Milteer, Council Member Bennett and Council Member Brown voted in opposition.) 22. Ordinance - Conditional Use Permit Request C14-06, submitted by Henry W. Morgan of Suffolk Materials, LLC, on behalf of Kirk Timber and Farming Company, Stoney Landing Associates and Ann Kirk of Everets Road Associates, property owners, to permit the construction of a borrow pit in accordance with Sections 31-306 and 31-406 of the Unified Development Ordinance - This item was continued at the April 18, 2007, City Council Meeting. Approved 4-3 (Vice Mayor Milteer, Council Member Bennett and Council Member Brown voted in opposition.) 23. Motion - A motion to schedule a public hearing, during the Regular Session on June 6, 2007, to consider an ordinance amendment regarding Courthouse Security Fee Approved 7-0 3 24. Motion - A motion to schedule a Work Session for June 6, 2007, at 4:00 p.m., unless canceled or called earlier by the Mayor Approved 7-0 A motion to amend the agenda to add the following items for consideration was approved 7-0: A motion to nominate and appoint the following individual to the respective boards and commission was approved 7-0.
