the construction of a borrow pit in accordance with Sections 31-306 and 31-406 of the
Unified Development Ordinance - This item was continued at the April 18, 2007,
City Council Meeting.

23. Motion - A motion to schedule a public hearing, during the Regular Session on June 6,
