the number of multi-family units from 114 to 158; reducing the cash proffer
amounts related to schools, public safety and road improvements and reducing

Sections 31-306, 31-406, and 31-716 of the Unified Development Ordinance

13. Public Hearing - An ordinance granting Conditional Use Permit Request
C17-11, submitted by Jason Fulford of Tattoo Skills Too, LLC, applicant, on the
behalf of David L. & Lisabeth E. Drames, property owners, to permit a tattoo

Development Ordinance

A motion to appropriate any unassigned capital fund balance
remaining at June 30, 2011, to the capital fund contingency
account for use in addressing immediate municipal facility
needs was approved by a vote of 8-0
A motion to request a report from the Suffolk Redevelopment
and Housing Authority regarding its existing and future
programs at a future Work Session was approved by a vote of
8-0.
A motion to authorize City Manager Cuffee-Glenn to prepare a
study regarding the potential use of the former Robertson
Elementary School site for a recreational purpose was approved
by a vote of 8-0.
