ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT OA-05-09, initiated by the Suffolk Planning Commission for an amendment to the Code of the City of Suffolk, Chapter 31, Unified Development Ordinance, Article 3, Section 31-305 (b), Conditional Zoning - Procedure, to amend and add a new subsection (3) to permit the governing body to waive the requirement for a public hearing for any proffer amendment which does not affect the use or density of the development. 4.
