Finance Committee a. Presentation of February 2021 financial reports b. Surplus Vehicles: 1. PD21 A 2000 model year Speed Monitoring Trailer (Police Department) c. Requisitions: 1. Authorization to issue a purchase order to The Office People in the amount of $84,918.95 for audio and visual upgrades to Council Chambers. This is on a State Contract. Funds to come from Budgeted Funds. Request from Information Technology Department 2. Authorization to issue a purchase order to ACS in the amount of $89,803 for in-shop exhaust ventilation. Funds to come from budgeted capital. Request from the Maintenance Department. 3. Authorization to issue a purchase order in the amount of $48,850.85 to Vigilant Solutions LLC for ALPRs (automatic license plate readers). Funds to come from Budgeted Funds. This is state contract pricing. Request from the Police Department. 4. Authorization to use $150,000 from Hospitality Fund Balance to complete the proposed Saul Alexander playground project. Funds will be used for installation of sidewalks, playground equipment, and safety surfacing. Request from Parks and Recreation Department 5. Authorization for Parks and Recreation Director to negotiate a contract with Cunningham Recreation for the Saul Alexander playground project, amount not to exceed approved funding. 6. Approval of a requisition to award the Germantown Regional Stormwater pond project (Shepard Park drainage) to Sea Island Land Development for the amount of $481,772. This project was publicly advertised and sealed bids were collected. Funds to come from $300,000 of Stormwater Budgeted Funds and an additional $181,772 to come from Stormwater Fund Balance. 7. Approval of a change order for Sanders Brothers Construction to repair and pave a portion of Maple Street between US-78 and near Shamrock Drive in the amount of $54,000. The Town has an open PO with this company with approximately $16,000 left to spend. Funds to come from unallocated budgeted funds. 8. Approval of a change order for Eastern Environmental, Inc. to perform asbestos abatement services for the amount of $3,975 of 701 North Maple Street for the Maple Street Road Project. Funds will come from roadway bond proceeds. The Town has an open PO with this company for other properties they abated for the Town. 6. Adjourn
