Modifications include a change in material for the office and special use amenities buildings from traditional frame structure to mass timber for the primary structure, relocation of 128 surface parking stalls to the parking structure to create more open/landscaped areas, and increase in height of the parking structure by 11 feet to accommodate taller floor-to-floor heights to allow greater flexibility of use in the future.
