Roll Call 2. Approval of January 12 minutes Motion to approve with amendments by Nikky Farmakes, seconded by Lindsey Graskey, and approved unanimously. 3. Review Sponsorship Application It was suggested to add the location of the event (public or private property) and change the due date to 60 days prior to the event. There was discussion about a potential event hierarchy, considering city events versus events on city property versus private events, etc. There was also discussion regarding if there should be a stipulation/disclaimer regarding event alignment with the mission of the City of Superior. The committee decided that can be discussed by the committee at application reviews. A disclaimer will be added to the introductory letter letting applicants know that not every applicant will receive sponsorship. Motion to approve and send to Finance Committee at their March meeting with amendments by Nikky Farmakes, seconded by Councilor Sutherland, and approved unanimously. 4. Future Agenda Items Elections for officers will be held at the March meeting. Discussing the hierarchy of event sponsorship will be discussed at the March meeting. 5.
