Donovan – Pres. of Council CALL TO ORDER: Pres. of Council Donovan called the Council Committee meeting of 3-10-14 to order at 7:00 p.m. ROLL CALL: Mr. Rensel, Ms. Tricaso, Mrs. Kilway, Mrs. Ray, Mr. Sisak, Mr. Stalnaker, Mr. Donovan – present. Also present were Mayor Kline, Dir. of Public Service Esler, Dir. of Law Raber, Dir. of Finance Shanafelt, and Economic Developer Loughry. COMMUNITY INPUT: Pres. of Council: We have a couple of people here I guess. City Council meets on second and fourth Monday and Thursday’s of the month. Monday meetings are our Committee meetings where we discuss legislation and allow quite a bit of time for community input. Thursday’s are our business meetings where we vote on legislation and have limited time for community input. At this time; would anybody like to address Council? No one responded.
