CALL TO ORDER: Pres. of Council Donovan called the Council Committee meeting of 1-25-16 to order
at 7:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Mr. Rensel, Ms. Tricaso, Mrs. Kilway, Mrs. Ray, Mr. Sisak, Mr. Stalnaker and Mr. Donovan
– present. Also present were Mayor Kline, Dir. of Pub. Service Esler, Dir. of Law Raber, and Dir. of Finance
Gilbride.
COMMUNITY INPUT:
Pres. of Council: Tallmadge City Council meets on the second and fourth Thursday’s of the month for the
Regular council meetings and the preceding Monday’s are the Council Committee meetings. At the
Committee meetings, legislation is discussed thoroughly with Council deciding to adopt, amend, reject, hold
or table the legislation. We do allow time for community input at this point in the meeting if there is anybody
who would like to address Council, please come forward and state your name and address. No one
responded.

P.H. ON 2-11-16 @ 7:03 P.M. Service Commission to adopt rules and regula-
tions that differ from those provided by general

Mrs. Ray moved to adjourn into Executive Session to discuss personnel and contract negotiations.
Seconded Mr. Sisak. Roll Call: Mr. Rensel, Ms. Tricaso, Mrs. Ray, Mrs. Kilway, Mr. Sisak, Mr. Stalnaker,
Mr. Donovan – unanimous. Council voted 7-0 to go into Executive Session.
Mayor: For the public; we are going into Executive Session to talk about contract negotiations. We will be
back in the back room for maybe ten minutes at the most and when we come out, they are going to adjourn,
so we are really done for the night. We will sign off on your forms if you want us to before we go in there
or you are welcome to stay here. It is up to you guys, but really I think Council will adjourn when they come
back out.
