The City administration wants to review with the consultant Stantec the status of the program. JPa is going to coordinate the meeting. It was - - aJso noted that MEPA has changed its requirements and now requires a full MEPA report for the URP. The additional cost with adjustments to the Stantec contract is $39,000.00. CC is going to ask the CFO to transfer the $39,000.00 to OECD to pay for the MEPA requirement. Item 3: • Harvey Street Status - DA reported they have been able to perc one (1) lot and will continue to try to perc the second lot. The rain has not helped move this process. Item 4: • Mass Development Programs - JPa reported that decisions will be coming shortly. He stressed MASS Development has been stressing housing for their projects. Item 5: • Northeastern - The TRA was selected for the Northeastern program to undertake a study of the Weir Waterfront and Bacon Felt. The students on completion of their study will make a presentation in early December to the City. Item 6: • Other Business - JPa mentioned they will be hiring a new grant writer. Discussion took place over the status of the Union Block reconstruction. Item 7: • Next meeting— scheduled for October 25, 2023. Meeting Adjourned at 3:49 PM.
