Consider a motion to adopt Resolution # 13 of 2022, authorizing the Board of Commissioners of Lackawanna County to submit an application for Federal Fiscal Year 2022 Community Development Block Grant Program Funds in the amount of $120,056.00 on behalf of the Borough of Taylor and to authorize the President and any other Borough Officials to execute related documents. B. Consider a motion to adopt Resolution # 14 of 2022, authorizing an application to the Keystone Communities Program through the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) for the Derenick Park Recreational Improvements Project. C. Consider a motion to accept a resignation from Cord Mickavicz as a Full Time DPW Employee effective August 12, 2022. D. Consider a motion to award or reject the 2022 Pave Project. Bid opening was on August 16, 2022 at 10:00 AM and one bid was received from Pennsy Supply in the amount of $947,564.85.
