Youth Indoor Soccer Information & Registration f) Yearly Participation Numbers 5 Since 2023 we have added 8 new youth programs & 1 program event (Tea Fishin' Derby), and have also added 3 adult league programs. Yearly Tea Recreation Participation Comparison g) Baseball Update Discussion on having portable hitting station at each field. This topic was brought up by a coach, as well has more portable tee's available. Portable Hitting Station Example h) Fishing Derby Sponsorship The cost of this program last year was approximately $1,750, with about $1,343.01 of that going toward stocking the pond. Would we want to include this cost as part of our sponsorship funding? If we were to add a $75 sponsorship fee to each multisport registration, it would cover about 94% of the total cost of this program (sponsorship stats based on 2025) I’d like to get your thoughts on whether this is something we should move forward with or if there are other ideas for how to fund this program in the future 6) OTHER BUSINESS 7) BOARD MEMBERS PUBLIC SPEAKING (5 Minute Limit 8) ADJOURNMENT Motion by______________ seconded by __________________ to set Wednesday, November 18, 2025 at 6:30 P.M. at Tea City Hall as the date for the next rular meeting of the Tea Park and Recreation Board and adjourn this session at _________ P.M.
