MEMBERS Andrew Jones PRESENT: David Lindsey Juanita Attaway Hal Richards Denis Rottler James Craig MEMBERS ABSENT: STAFF PRESENT: City Engineer Chris Snapp 1 CALL TO ORDER Chairman Hal Richards called the meeting to order. 2 MOMENT OF SILENCE Chairman Hal Richards called for a moment of silence. 3 ADOPTION OF MINUTES a) Discuss and consider the approval of minutes from the meeting on July 9th, 2025 David Lindsey made a motion to approve the minutes from the meeting on July 9th, 2025, with James Craig seconding the motion. Carried by the following votes: Ayes: Hal Richards, Juanita Attaway, Andrew Jones, and Denis Rottler 4 HEAR REMARKS FROM VISITORS Visitor Melissa Hardin came forward to speak. 5 BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS a) Airport Board Membership City Engineer Chris Snapp announced the vacancy on the airport board.
