Mayor Phillips called the meeting to order, due to the Stay at Home order issued by Illinois Governor JB
Pritzker, Zoom was available for non board members. Pledge was recited and roll call was taken.
Trustees Barrett, Cornett, Finley, Sheets, Washkowiak and Wear is physcially present.
Trustee Barrett made a Motion to accept the minutes of April 21, 2020 meeting and pay bills listed over
$1500.00, Trustee Washkowiak second. All six Trustees present voted yea. Motion carried.

Trustee Washkowiak made a motion to grant Toyota of Danville TIF Grant to equal 35% up to
$150,000.00. Trustee Sheets second. All six Trustees present voted yea. Motion carried.
Trustee Sheets made a motion to approve BUDGET ORDINANCE 2020-0521 FY21, Trustee Washkowiak
second. All six Trustees present voted yea. Motion carried.
Trustee Washkowiak made a motion for ORDINANCE 2020-0521A POOLS AND PONDS FOR
RESIDENTIAL ZONES, Trustee Barrett second. All six Trustees present voted yea. Motion carried.
Trustee Sheets made a motion to offer Bud Lete $100,000.00 for property on Ross Lane for
Development. Trustee Wear second. All six Trustees present voted yea. Motion carried.
Trustee Barrett made a motion to purchase 2020 Chevy Tahoe from Miles Chevrolet for $38,747.00 for
Ambulance Service/Pro truck, Trustee Washkowiak second. All six Trustees present voted yea. Motion
carried.
Trustee Washkowiak made a motion to purchase a second LUCAS Device for Ambulance Service, Trustee
Barrett second. All six Trustees present voted yea. Motion carried.
Trustee Wear made a motion to purchase a new mower for Public Works from Rahn Equipment for
$7,719.95, with Hustler trade in. Trustee Washkowiak second. All six Trustees present voted yea.
Motion carried.
Trustee Wear made a motion to purchase a new flatbed trailer from Kates KRS and Trailers for $5,799.00
for Public Works. Trustee Washkowiak second. All six Trustees present voted yea. Motion carried.
Trustee Washkowiak made a motion for ORDINANCE 2020-0521B adjusting alcohol/liquor sell times.
Trustee Cornett second. All six Trustees present voted yea. Motion carried.
