Village of Tilton Board Meeting Minutes July 15, 2021 6:00 pm Trustee Sheets called the meeting to order and roll call was taken. Trustees Barrett, Finley, Mitchell, Washkowiak and Wear were present. Mayor Phillips was absent, and the meeting was conducted by Trustee Sheets. Trustee Wear made a motion to accept the minutes of June 17, 2021, board meeting, accept the finance report and pay bills over $1,500.00. Trustee Washkowiak second. All five voting Trustees present voted yea. Motion carried. Trustee Wear made a motion to cancel the Rebate Agreement with Ryan Quick. Trustee Washkowiak second. All five voting Trustees present voted yea. Motion carried. Trustee Wear made a motion to vacate West Ross Lane area that is in Catlin Township Road jurisdiction. Trustee Washkowiak second. All five voting Trustees present voted yea. Motion carried. Trustee Wear made a motion to hire David Biggerstaff as Code Enforcement, at less than 1000 hours per year. Trustee Barrett second. All five voting Trustees present voted yea. Motion carried. Trustee Mitchell made a motion to buy a new computer server for City Hall from CTS Computers for $4,372.62 with up to $1,000.00 discount for trade in. Trustee Washkowiak second. All five voting Trustees present voted yea. Motion carried. Trustee Wear made a motion to purchase new pumps for Public Works for $6,600.25 from Midwest Construction Rental. Trustee Washkowiak second. All five voting Trustees present voted yea. Motion carried. Trustee Washkowiak made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Finley second. All five voting Trustees present voted yea. Motion carried.
