Village of Tilton Board Meeting Minutes NOVEMBER 18, 2021 6:00 pm Mayor Phillips called the meeting to order and roll call was taken. Trustees Barrett, Finley, Mitchell, Sheets, Washkowiak and Wear were present. Trustee Sheets made a motion to accept the minutes of October 21, 2021, board meeting, accept the finance report and pay bills over $1,500.00. Trustee Washkowiak second. All six Trustees voted yea. Motion carried. Trustee Washkowiak made a motion to amend agenda, add Group Health Insurance quote, postponement of December Board Meeting and allow treasurer to pay regular bills. Trustee Mitchell second. All six Trustees voted yea. Motion carried. Trustee Wear made a motion to purchase the remaining lease on the old police squad Toughbook computers with software updated for the fire department. Trustee Sheets second. All six Trustees voted yea. Motion carried. Trustee Washkowiak made a motion for Spray Foam for Public Works polebarn for $5975.00, Trustee Sheets second. All six Trustees voted yea. Motion carried. Trustee Washkowiak made a motion to purchase a new flatbed trailer for Public Works for $12,025.00. Trustee Finley second. All six Trustees voted yea. Motion carried. Trustee Washkowiak made a motion to display amended budget for 60 days. Trustee Mitchell second. All six Trustees voted yea. Motion carried. Trustee Sheets made motion for Christmas Bonus as listed, Trustee Washkowiak second. All six Trustees voted yea. Motion carried. Trustee Wear made a motion for Fehr Graham Professional Services Agreement for G St/I74, Trustee Washkowiak second. All six Trustees voted yea. Motion carried. Trustee Sheets made motion to pay approximately $9,000.00 for broken pipes on King Street, Trustee Washkowiak second. All six Trustees voted yea. Motion carried. Trustee Mitchell made a motion to pay Seal and Bam to McVey for South Washington, from Grant to Ross Lane. Trustee Finley second. All six Trustees voted yea. Motion carried. Trustee Sheets made a motion to approve Moran Economic opinion for Better Days, Trustee Finley second. All six Trustees voted yea. Motion carried. Trustee Wear made a motion to accept health insurance quote for VOT Employees from Health Alliance, Trustee Washkowiak second. All six Trustees voted yea. Motion carried. Trustee Sheets made a motion to postpone the December board meeting and authorize Treasurer to pay regular bills. Trustee Washkowiak second. All six Trustees voted yea. Motion carried. Trustee Sheets made a motion to adjourn, Trustee Finley second. All six Trustees voted yea. Motion carried.
