Matthew Mesisklis- Spoked on utilizing battery drop out and, noted that recycled batteries are free right inside the main doors. 2. Marcos Nichols- Pointed out the Fire Levy Ordinance, noted that it was adopted by council. However, it was not adopted by enough votes to be put on the ballot wanted everyone to be aware. AUDIENCE OF COUNCIL Ms. Harris – No reports. Ms. Combs – No reports. Mr. Perry – Welcomed Stas, thank Clerk of Council. Mr. Agee – Addressed 22 years ago, largest terrorist attack on 9/11. Take time to honor those that have passed. Driving through various committees, sees the banner (hometown heroes). Would like Trenton to see do something like that. Look at ARPA dollars for the memorial. Do something about the roundabout? Put flags or banners up? Ms. Montgomery –She is a great aunt to an 8Ibs 10oz 22-inch baby. Recently, Ms. Montgomery was in a car accident. On September 2nd she had a birthday where she recently turned 70. Works for hospice, her work does a memorial service where she is the head of the psych social team and her responsibility is to find a place where she can do a memorial, such as a butterfly release. Related to Trenton Ohio where she is proud to live here, during a steak fry asked Vice Mayor Perry if there is anywhere in Trenton where the city could City of Trenton REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES September 7th, 2023 - 7:30 p.m. do something similar where her company and people from different cities can take part in a memorial? Vice-Mayor Perry –Mentioning the Fire Levy after voted during last meeting, several council members also stated they want to put five people to a shift, wants to see what it would look like financially. Reminder of Movie Saturday Night (High School Musical) Fall fest 2023 Sept 23rd 2:30 pm-9:30 Pm. Mayor Woodrey – Noted to come out to fall fest. Also, welcomed a baby to the family on August 23rd Brielle Trisha who weighed at 7Ibs 8oz and was 20.5 inches. ADJOURNMENT Motion - That the meeting be adjourned.
