Motion was made by Vice Mayor Gales and seconded by Mr. Kelley. A. SR19-01 MOTION TO ENTER INTO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION IN ACCORDANCE WITH O.R.C. SECTION 121.22 PUBLIC MEETING EXCEPTIONS TO DISCUSS PERSONNEL RELATED ITEM (30 MINUTES). Attachments: Press Release Executive Session Mayor asked for the motion. Motion was made by Vice Mayor Gales and second by Ms. Brown to enter into the executive session under O.R.C. SR19-02 MOTION TO ADJOURN THE EXECUTIVE SESSION AND RETURN TO THE REGULAR MEETING AGENDA Mayor McDonald requested a motion. A motion was made by Mr. Kelley and seconded by Vice Mayor Gales to adjourn the executive session at 6:39 pm. Mr. David Battle, 740 Broad Oak Drive, Ward 1 stated there's a sink hole in font of his house, why can't their road get paved it's not helping our property values with bad roads. City Manager Pope will meet with him after the meeting to discuss. IX. Special Presentations and Recognitions A. There was one request to change T-M School representative to add alternate Mr.Brown instead of Ms. Finley. Otherwise, there were no other adjustment's from the previous year. X.
