A RESOLUTION BY TROTWOOD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH PLATTENBURG AND ASSOCIATES AN INDEPENDENT PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT (IPA), TO PERFORM THE CITY OF TROTWOOD AUDIT FOR THE FISCAL PERIODS OF JANUARY 1, 2017 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2021.
