The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. by Council President Mantello.
Pledge of Allegiance
Roll Call: The roll being called, the following answered to their names: Council Member Gulli,
Council Member Garrett, Council Member Cummings, Council Member Bissember, Council
President Mantello, Chair. Council Member Paratore and Council Member Kennedy were
absent.
In attendance were Mayor Patrick Madden and Superintendent of Public Utilities Chris Wheland.
Public Forum:
Nancy Wright, Lansingburgh
Superintendent Wheland, Fire Chief Eric McMahon, and Troy UFA President Eric Wischer
discussed work scheduled for the Gurley Avenue and Spring/Pawling water tanks.
