Minutes of the TROY CITY COUNCIL FINANCE COMMITTEE September 19, 2019 6:00 P.M. The meeting was called to order at 6:07 p.m. by Council President Mantello. Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call: The roll being called, the following answered to their names: Council Member Gulli, Council Member Garrett, Council Member Paratore, Council Member Cummings, Council Member Bissember, Council President Mantello, Chair. Council Member Kennedy was absent. In attendance were Mayor Patrick Madden, Deputy Mayor Monica Kurzejeski, Corporation Counsel James Caruso, and Deputy Director of Public Information John Salka. Ordinance Amending The Code Of Troy, Article II Chapter 247 Zoning, Section 247-5- 7 “Permits” (Council Member Cummings) (At The Request Of The Administration) Ordinance passed 6 ayes, 0 nos. 82. Ordinance Amending Ordinance #73 (Council President Mantello) Ordinance voted down 3 ayes, 3 nos (Paratore, Cummings, Bissember). 64. Troy City Council Further Supports Locating An Early Voting Site In The City Of Troy (Council Member Cummings, Council Member Bissember) Resolution passed 6 ayes, 0 nos. 65. Bond Resolution Of The City Of Troy, New York, Authorizing The Issuance Of $1,925,000 Serial Bonds To Finance The Cost Of Reconstruction Of A Sea Wall (Council President Mantello) (At The Request Of The Administration) Resolution passed 6 ayes, 0 nos. 66.
