Minutes of the TROY CITY COUNCIL GENERAL SERVICES COMMITTEE September 25, 2019 6:00 P.M. WORKSHOP The meeting was called to order at 6:11 p.m. by Committee Chair Bissember. Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call: The roll being called, the following answered to their names: Council Member Cummings, Council Member Bissember, Chair. Council President Mantello (ex officio) arrived at 6:19 p.m. Council Member Gulli arrived at 6:22 p.m. Council Member Kennedy was also present. The General Services Committee met with the Solid Waste Advisory Committee and members of the Sustainability Task Force.
