City of Troy, Ethics Commission Monthly Minutes 433 River Street Troy, New York 12180 November 25, 2015 - 6 pm I. Call to Order 6:00pm II. Roll Call Present: Cubit Carmichael Bennett Ellis Warnock‐Graham Absent: Scales Fish III. Public forum The public is encouraged to attend the ethics commission’s monthly meeting to address the commission, or to turn in sworn complaints (there will be no discussion on submitted complaints or current cases). Speakers are limited to 5 minutes and are to be directed to the Commission only. IV. Approval of Minutes from last meeting No minutes to approve – no quorum present V. Open Issues 1. Annual disclosures - 2015 Chairwoman Bennett a. Commissioner Cubit has mailed letters of deficiency to three individuals b. Commissioner Carmichael obtained a full listing from personnel for all employees, volunteers and appointees to reconcile who is required to file disclosures. VI. New Business 1. Case review  E210282015 – Tutunjian v. City Assessor i. Commissioner Cubit will draft letter for Chairwoman Bennett to submit to Assessors office requesting all documentation and proposals for property in question. ii. Commission was provided only the front page of certified submission by the city clerk. Secretary provided the initialed back page. iii. Motion to table review pending receipt of documentation. 1.
