PUBLIC HEARING Tentative Parcel Map No. 2021-01: Consider a request by Leonardo Campos to create Motion:___________ two parcels from one existing approximately Second:___________ 0.41 acre parcel for future residential development. Property is located at 700 S. Dayton Street. Project Planner: Steven Sopp, Senior Planner Tentative Parcel Map No. 2021-03: Consider a request by Self Help Enterprises to Motion:___________ create three parcels from one existing 6.47 acre Second:___________ parcel for future multi-family residential development. Property is located on the northwest corner of West Street and Olema Avenue. Project Planner: Steven Sopp, Senior Planner 3. NON PUBLIC HEARING Lot Merger 2021-01: Consider a request by Five Points Plaza, LLC Motion:___________ to merge two assessor’s parcels to form one parcel Second:___________ to create a larger parcel for development of the site. Parcels are located on the southwest corner of Tulare Avenue and Mooney Boulevard. Project Planner: Steven Sopp, Senior Planner Extension of Time- Tentative Parcel Map 2011-02: Consider a request by Diego Espinosa for a time Motion:___________ extension for Tentative Parcel Map 2011-02 to subdivide Second:___________ approximately .59 acres into three single family lots zoned R-1-6. Property is located on the west side of North “F” Street between Saratoga Avenue and Prosperity Avenue. Project Planner: Steven Sopp, Senior Planner 4.
