CITY OF TULARE PARCEL MAP COMMITTEE REGULAR MEETING MINUTES City Hall Community Room January 15, 2021 COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: Sandi Miller, Chairman Jan Bowen, Senior Civil Engineer Traci Myers, Community & Economic Development Director COMMITTEE MEMBERS ABSENT: None STAFF PRESENT: Steven Sopp, Senior Planner Lucie Brown, Senior Administrative Assistant OTHERS: None CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Miller called the meeting to order at 10:35 a.m. MINUTES: It was motioned by Director Myers and seconded by Senior Civil Engineer Bowen to approve the minutes of the November 9, 2020 Parcel Map Committee meeting as presented. Approved by a unanimous vote. PUBLIC HEARING: None January 15, 2021 Page 1 NON-PUBLIC HEARING: Lot Line Adjustment No. 258: Steven Sopp, Senior Planner, reviewed with the Committee a request by San Joaquin Valley Homes to reconfigure the existing lot lines between two parcels in order to accommodate proposed development. Following Committee discussion it was motioned by Director Myers and seconded by Senior Civil Engineer Bowen to adopt Resolution 826 approving Lot Line Adjustment No. 258 based on the findings and subject to the conditions as listed in the staff report. COMMITTEE AYES: Myers, Bowen, Chairman Miller NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None Time Extension for Tentative Parcel Map 2018-04: Steven Sopp, Senior Planner, reviewed with the Committee a request by Kraft Heinz Food Company for a time extension for Tentative Parcel Map 2014-04 which subdivides an approximately 181.51 acre parcel into 3 parcels of record and a remainder. Following Committee discussion it was motioned by Director Myers and seconded by Senior Civil Engineer to grant a two year time extension for Tentative Parcel Map No. 2018-04. This extension would extend the map to November 19, 2022.
